Sago palm as raw material

Sago palm is newly developed tropical crop as renewable resource from carbon dioxide by
photosynthesis. Its photosynthetic ability is very high and sago palm can accumulate starch in
trunk as high as 15-20 ton per hectare per year. Thus the starch can convert into ethanol as 8-10
Kiloliter. NECFER will provide the technology of bioethanol production from sago palm
